Terms and Conditions of Service

Please read our comprehensive terms and conditions before booking any services with ADON CLEANING LTD. This document outlines the legal agreement governing the cleaning services we provide, forming a contractual relationship between you (the Client) and ADON CLEANING LTD.

1. Definitions

  • 1.1 "Company" refers to ADON CLEANING LTD, located at 11 Garlands Croft, Keresley End, Coventry, CV7 8RE.
  • 1.2 "Client" refers to the person, firm, or corporate body together with any subsidiary or associated company who books and receives services from the Company.
  • 1.3 "Service" refers to any cleaning service provided by the Company to the Client.

2. Bookings & Quotations

  • 2.1 Quotations: All quotes are based on the information provided by the Client. Any significant discrepancy in information may result in a revised quote or refusal of service.
  • 2.2 Confirmation: Bookings are confirmed upon the Client's acceptance of the quote, either verbally or in writing. This acceptance constitutes a binding service agreement.

3. Payment Terms

  • 3.1 Due Date: Payment for services is due upon completion of the service, unless otherwise agreed in writing. For larger projects, a deposit may be required beforehand.
  • 3.2 Methods: We accept bank transfers, debit/credit cards, and cash. Details for bank transfers will be provided on your invoice.
  • 3.3 Late Payment: The Company reserves the right to charge interest on overdue invoices at a rate of 8% above the Bank of England base rate, calculated daily.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • 4.1 Notice Period: The Client must provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellation or rescheduling of a regular cleaning service. For specialized or larger commercial services, a 48-hour notice period is required.
  • 4.2 Fees: Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the booking value.
  • 4.3 Company Cancellations: The Company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a service in unavoidable circumstances (e.g., staff illness, extreme weather) without penalty. We will endeavor to provide as much notice as possible and reschedule at the earliest convenience.

5. Service Provision & Client Obligations

  • 5.1 Access: The Client must provide safe and unobstructed access to the property at the agreed time. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.
  • 5.2 Utilities: The Client must ensure the availability of running water and electricity necessary for the cleaning service.
  • 5.3 Valuables: While our team is highly trustworthy, we advise securing any valuable or fragile items prior to the cleaning service.
  • 5.4 Safety: The Client must inform the Company of any hazards, restricted areas, or specific safety instructions pertaining to the property.

6. Complaints and Guarantees

  • 6.1 Satisfaction Guarantee: We strive for 100% client satisfaction. If you are not entirely happy with a specific aspect of our service, you must notify us within 24 hours of service completion.
  • 6.2 Rectification: Upon receiving a valid complaint, the Company will arrange to re-clean the disputed area(s) at no extra charge, provided the defect is confirmed by our inspection.
  • 6.3 Resolution: Any issues reported after 24 hours of service completion may not be eligible for a complimentary re-clean.

7. Liability and Insurance

  • 7.1 Insurance: ADON CLEANING LTD holds comprehensive public liability insurance. Evidence of insurance can be provided upon request.
  • 7.2 Damage: In the unlikely event of damage to property caused by our staff or equipment, the Company will notify the Client immediately. We will endeavor to repair, replace, or compensate for the damage, subject to the limits of our insurance policy.
  • 7.3 Exclusions: We are not liable for pre-existing damage, or damage caused by faulty appliances provided by the Client. We are not responsible for shrinkage of carpets due to improper cleaning methods carried out by third parties prior to our service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
